- Operators that have "traditionally" done coliving are more and more focussing on the flex-living aspect of their business. Lavanda showcased in 2023 that 85% of current BTR, coliving and PBSA operators are adding short-stay to their living products and entering the flexliving space
- Licensing is an issue - no, it's not. Aparthotel licensing works well. What is an issue is general urbanplanning, which are often lacking for long-term visions in cities and municipalities, and missing out on the value that these operators can bring
- Coliving is still strong, and in fact, the golden age of coliving is now.
