- Sattva Group and Bain Capital ink a $100 million deal to build a coliving platform. Sattva Group and Bain Capital form a $100 million partnership to develop a coliving platform under Colive. The deal includes managing assets averaging 300,000 sq ft each, targeting executives. Colive plans to expand to 50,000 beds in three years, with additional funding and developments across major cities.
- La Casa steps up a gear with the acquisition of Openhouse. The coliving operator increases its portfolio to 800 secure rooms.
