Gui Perdrix is best known for his book, the Art of Coliving, which he wrote after interviewing over 200 coliving operators. A former founder of a coliving space for digital nomads, Gui has advised everyone from small operators to large developers. He currently leads the real estate brokerage and investment arm at Artof.Co, focusing on advising coliving founders on brand differentiation, customer experience, and business strategy.
