Launching the Coliving Incubator

We started Artof.Co with a simple vision: to empower coliving entrepreneurs to create the housing spaces of tomorrow.

For this end of the year, we wanted to thank everyone who has been involved in our movement and participated in our initiatives!

Since we launched Artof.Co in September, we have been honoured to serve countless coliving entrepreneurs around the world:

• More than 800 people attended our Coliving University webinar series
• The Art of Coliving book reached 500+ copies sold
• We talked and consulted 40 coliving brands since the beginning of the year
• And we reached 9,500 subscribers in our Everything Coliving newsletter

And this is only the beginning.

We know that the world needs coliving, but what it needs even more are coliving entrepreneurs who succeed in creating new ways of living.

This is why we are ending this year with a big announcement: the launch of our Coliving Incubator.

What is the Coliving Incubator?

The Artof.Co Coliving Incubator helps coliving founders increase their probability of success in launching their coliving business.

The program is run by former coliving founders to help aspiring coliving entrepreneurs to create, fine-tune and launch their coliving business.

During the 3-month Coliving Incubator, you will be pushed to finalise your concept, business model, pitch deck, and launch of your Coliving brand.

Participants will join a group of 10 entrepreneurial peers with whom they can grow along the way, and mentors are all around them to offer advice.

You will be equipped with resources, masterminds, hot seats, mentorship, actionable frameworks to run your coliving company, and, most importantly, accountability to take action.

All sessions are held virtually. Program fees lie at 2,400€ per company. We highly recommend any starting coliving entrepreneur to join the January cohort!

What Is Part Of The Program?

The core of the program lies in our masterminds and mentors’ office hours:

• 8x online masterminds with 10 fellow coliving founders.
• Weekly virtual office hours with coliving founders and mentors.
• Weekly calls with other program members.

We also plan an in-person retreat and to promote your brand across our network:

• Ability to join the in-person retreat in March in France.
• Promotion at the Artof.Co Demo Day, live streamed and promoted to 10,000 coliving professionals.
• Access to Artof.Co network of peers and talent.
