He ran pop-up coliving houses on three continents, led the industry's global association for four years, wrote its reference book, and advised more than fifty of its companies.

Ten years in the industry
Co-founded and ran four pop-up coliving houses in Barcelona, Tallinn, Tulum and Bali, hosting 550+ residents. Everything Artof.Co teaches was learned here first, the hard way.
Co-founded the industry's first magazine and published its early newsletter, the Coliving Cocktail.
Led the global coliving association: 200+ events, three Co-Liv Summits, and the first Co-Liv Summit at MIPIM in Cannes.
Published the 436-page playbook built on 200+ operator interviews. Still the book new founders get handed on day one.
Advised 70+ coliving businesses across 13 countries, ran the world's first coliving incubator with 25 companies, and grew the industry's largest newsletter to 35,000 readers. From 2024 to 2025 Gui ran Artof.Co with co-founder Mayank Pokharna, who now leads EverythingColiving.com.
Co-authored the state-of-the-market report on European coliving, launched at MIPIM Cannes.
Gui splits his time between coliving advisory, leading go-to-market for CasaPay, and Timeback, his AI adoption company. Artof.Co takes on a small number of engagements a year.
