Launch of Coliving Incubator

At the start of the year, Gui and I spoke about creating an ecosystem to help coliving founders build sustainable and profitable coliving businesses. The need stemmed from our own experience of not having resources, templates, and community while we were building our own coliving business. We thought that if we gathered the best practices from our work with 300+ coliving founders in the last decade, we could significantly help founders fast-track their launch and growth.

We first launched it in mastermind format as a 3-month program, which later evolved into lifetime access to the community platform and a 12-month program with weekly community masterminds. Currently,

17 masterminds hosted with 30+ advisories.

We started hosting Topical and Everything Coliving Q&As and webinars every month. This later evolved and took the shape of coliving guides that explain best practices and the latest innovations on a particular topic.

Artof.Co Demo Day

We hosted our first-ever Demo Day showcasing 9 innovative coliving concepts. The event took place virtually on 30th April and was attended by more than 176 coliving investors, operators, service providers, and other coliving stakeholders. We intend to keep doing it in 2025 to bring more coliving innovation in the forefront.

Launch of Coliving Course

We also launched a Coliving Course. It’s a do-it-yourself course that is a combination of 20+ hours of video content, along with reusable resources and templates that can help you build your coliving business. The idea was to enable small coliving entrepreneurs who cannot commit to the Coliving Incubator Program but still want to learn about best practices for building coliving businesses.

Everything Coliving to 30k+ Readers

We wrote 48 editions of Everything Coliving Newsletter in 2024, and it now goes to 30k+ readers around the world. With this initiative we wanted to keep all of you updated on the weekly happenings in the coliving ecosystem. In 2024,

We saw a lot of conversions of traditional rentals to Airbnb (coliving mentions on Airbnb grow by 1000% in 2024), homestays into coliving and we thought of providing an objective way for coliving founders to understand how ready they are to launch, operate, and scale their coliving businesses.

Hence we launched The Coliving Readiness Index. It is a combination of 11 factors that covers a complete lifecycle of a coliving business. In 2024,
