We are Gui Perdrix and Mayank Pokharna.
Nearly a decade ago, we embarked on a journey to explore the vast potential of coliving. Together, we’ve cultivated a community driven by innovation and a shared passion for redefining how people live together. Today, we are thrilled to share the evolution of our endeavors as we each focus on new chapters that promise to further enrich the coliving landscape.
Art of Co: Pioneering Coliving and Micro-Living Developments
Building on our collective insights and successes, Art of Co is transitioning to become a specialized coliving and micro-living developer in Lisbon and its surroundings. This initiative will be led by Gui Perdrix.
From now on, our focus will lie in creating coliving deals in Portugal - helping foreign operators and investors enter the Portuguese market, finding them the right assets, renovation and operational partners.
We’re also launching our own micro-living homes, and currently working on a small village concept that embodies our vision for sustainable and community-focused living.
EverythingColiving.com: A Dedicated Platform for Coliving Founders
Recognizing the growing need for a centralized coliving hub, we are proud to announce the launch of EverythingColiving.com. This platform will serve as the one-stop shop for coliving operators, providing services for everything around building sustainable and profitable coliving businesses, and will be led by Mayank Pokharna.
On EverythingColiving.com, you will find our specialized marketing agency, PR services, our strategic consultancy services for coliving operators, and upcoming coliving operator surveys, which are currently underway.
