Update from the Founders: new Coliving Initiatives in 2025

We wanted to start this year on a personal note because 2025 is going to be big (and we hope it will be for you too).
See, in the last few years, we’ve developed specific expertise in operations and consulting.
Last year, we launched the Coliving Incubator program, published the Coliving Readiness Index, and hosted the Coliving Innovators podcast.
Now, it’s time to get closer to the vision we always had: to be the one-stop shop for coliving founders to establish and scale up their coliving businesses.
This is why we’re excited to announce several new initiatives that will empower coliving companies worldwide.
First, our Unlimited Coliving Advisory program.
Yes, you heard it right: one payment, unlimited calls with us.
We learned that most coliving founders join our programs to have one-on-one time with us.
So we decided to make it easy: in 2025, we will work directly with 50 founders. For €5,000 per year, you can schedule as many calls as you need.
Plus, we give you access to our monthly masterminds with other founders, our online university, and hundreds of resources that we will refer you to.
This advisory program is perfect for anyone that has been wanting to work with us, whether you’re building, developing or scaling up your coliving project.

Second, we’re expanding to offer property sourcing services in France and Portugal.
We beta-tested it last year, helping find real estate from houses to 5,000m² projects.
Since we’re still in the early stages of these services, we’re taking it slow to expand.

Third, we want to be close to coliving founders and host physical events.
This is why we’re going to host an exclusive retreat for all the coliving founders who are part of our programs and advisory this year.
We will also host a Coliving Europe Tour, offering coliving experiences in several cities in Q2 this year—Mayank and Gui are going to be on the road again!
And we’ve already started: Gui is hosting the Coliving Founders Meetup in Barcelona on Monday, while Mayank is hosting it in Bangalore this Saturday.
